Refund policy

We have a 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as custom products (like special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept exchanges for hazardous materials.
Please note that items purchased during our sale period are not eligible for exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request an exchange for the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, send the original item back to us.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to request an exchange or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

For COD orders: If you receive the product and find that the size is not suitable, you can request a size exchange within 10 days of the purchase date. The product will be accepted for exchange only if it is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. The shipping fees will be deducted from the total order value, and the remaining amount will be processed.                                                     

For Prepaid orders: Orders with prepaid payments will be eligible for exchange if the product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

                                                                                                  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item and let you know if the exchange has been approved. Once approved, we will initiate the process to send your replacement item within 10 business days.
